Shipping Policy

Delivery times
 The order will be processed within 24–48 working hours from receipt.
 Standard shipping times are 2-6 working days for deliveries in Italy, and 4-9 working days for deliveries to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal.
 Please note that delivery times may be delayed during holiday periods and that couriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends.

Shipping costs
 The cost of standard shipping, both for Italy and for the other countries listed, is €9.90. For returns made using our dedicated service, valid in the same countries, a cost of €9.90 applies. Shipping costs, both for the initial delivery and return, are on customer account.

Shipping methods
 Orders will be shipped by express courier. You will receive a tracking number.

International shipping
 Currently, we ship to Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal.

Regulatory note
 This policy complies with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the European regulations on consumer rights. Customers have the right to receive products within the indicated timeframes and to be informed in advance about shipping costs and methods.
