Refund policy

Return Policy
 The return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. Within this period, the customer has the right to return the purchase, according to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

 To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when it is received. The product must not have been worn or used, must be complete with original tags, and must be returned in its original packaging. It is also necessary to provide the order receipt of purchase.

 To start the return procedure, the customer must contact us in advance at sales@bscarpe.it,  the necessary instructions for returning will be provided.
Returns shipped using different methods from those indicated by our customer service will not be accepted.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items
 The right of withdrawal does not apply to used, damaged, or incomplete items.


Refunds
 Once the return has been received, we will check the integrity of the product and the correct execution of the return procedure. Once it is approved, we will refund the payment to the same method used for purchase within 10 working days.
 The refund will be issued net of shipping and return costs.


 Replacements
 It is not possible to make replacements.


Damaged or incorrect items
 When you receive your order, please check the package and items carefully.
 Any visible damage, wrong items, or delivery problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer service at sales@bscarpe.it.
This 48-hour period does not limit your legal rights under the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) regarding the warranty for defective products.
